Launched in May 2019
A leading Creative Communications Agency with Nordic roots based in London specialising in creative content, social media management, influencer marketing and paid media. Adwaiz provides a cutting edge service through fantastic creative solutions and deep insight enabling customers to inspire and engage through the use of social channels.
The brief
Adwaiz felt that their current branding needed updating to reflect their current values. The branding was predominantly pink and they were very keen to move away from this to a clean, fresh look using black and white as the primary colours with pink used to highlight key information. This required all marketing material to be redesigned to work in harmony and provide brand consistency.
We’re foodies!
An agency passionate about food
Adwaiz, over two years of growth had represented many different brands from a variety of different markets but found their passion and best work was for F&B brands. The company hired employees with ‘foodie’ listed as a plus and everyone at the company shared this passion. This passion instilled a feeling of trust in their clients as they knew the agency was just as passionate about their business as they were.
“I want the Adwaiz brand to better represent our core values and our mission to improve brand communication within the world of food and beverage.”
Founder, Adwaiz
Not your average startup
Big enough to cope, small enough to care!
Working with established brands and stellar start-ups Adwaiz prides itself in being big enough to cope and small enough to care, combining the award-winning creative quality of a large consultancy with the flexibility and dedication of a smaller agency.
Adwaiz is made up of a small group of passionate creatives that create incredible content using in-house photographers, videographers and models. Their bread and butter is social media marketing using their large network of influencers to push social media reach.
Nordic Roots
The new brand!
The founders of Adwaiz all came from Nordic backgrounds and the brand needed to reflect this through minimal, simple, and functional aesthetics, with a focus on natural materials, clean lines, and a neutral colour palette. This harnessed the use of white space to give the brand a feeling of natural light.
I redesigned the branding to reflect this with a minimalistic colour palette and updated typeface. Thus, moving the brand away from heavy use of its current pink brand colour to use it as an accent colour only.
Adwaiz’s style guide makes sure its minimalistic identity
– logo colours, typeface, icons, and all other things – will continue to shine through in every situation, from business card to billboards. The brand guidelines were printed to have a physical copy in the office.
Your logo is not your brand, but it’s close.

Marketing the brand
Because the brand used so many channels to reach its wide customer base it was vital that consistent marketing material was created both for digital and physical usage.
We also wanted to announce to the world that there was a new Adwaiz, ready to expand their offering to full digital solutions. So, I storyboarded and created a video to drum up new business through social media campaigns. Adwaiz clients felt part of the family and loved the fun the brand brought to the marketing. This was something that needed to come across.

All social channels were brought up to date with new logos, cover images and iconography introduced. Adwaiz is about the people so imagery of them was included throughout. Pitch decks were also created for consistent communications when new enquiries came through.
Stepping out
The Adwaiz website
The new website I designed and built was bright and engaging with all content captured by Adwaiz’s in-house team along with the new minimalistic colour palette.
The goal of the website was to increase enquiries and announce to the world that Adwaiz had become a full service digital design agency. Offering amazing web design, photography, videography, social media marketing and many more.
The new website showed of its skills as well as the incredible content that it created. A brand that was multi-disciplined and true professionals at what they do.
